We are making some changes to the requirements, for buyers, help to simplify the checkout process!

We have had many customers express concern over the requirement for buyers to supply their ID Number before completing a purchase. We are pleased to announce that this requirement is been removed with several updates been rolled out in the coming weeks.

In sort a buyer will no longer be required to supply their ID number before / on checkout. If you are using the WooCommerce module these changes will be included in an upcoming release.

While API customers will be able to create a token with only a name, email and a mobile number (this update is already available for testing in the sandbox, and extends to 3rd party vendors as well but more on that later)

The first change we plan to rolled out, will be to remove the ID number field from the checkout page. You can expect this change before the end of the week and for most integrations no changes will be required to take advantage of this update.
